Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care that helps clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I hold a master’s degree in Community and Counseling Psychology with a postgraduate certificate in Forensic Mental Health from Sage College of Albany, and I’m licensed in New York with diagnostic privileges.
My professional experience spans both clinical practice and program leadership within mental health and substance use licensed settings, where I’ve worked with diverse populations facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), and strengths-based approaches to support clients in identifying goals and developing sustainable coping strategies.
Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where their experiences are validated and their growth is supported through individualized, evidence-based treatment. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, healing from trauma, or seeking greater self-understanding, I strive to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
