Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals in both hospice and private practice settings. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward healing. My areas of focus include trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and major life transitions. My practice is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I have experience working with individuals with neurodiversity, trauma, fear, and chronic pain.

My approach to therapy

My approach with clients is gentle, supportive, and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on creating emotional safety and trust. I work from a trauma-informed and holistic lens, helping clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and build healthier ways of coping and relating. My areas of specialization include trauma, attachment, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I believe healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered, and I strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive space where we begin getting to know one another and exploring what is bringing them to therapy. During this session, I gather background information, discuss current concerns, and begin identifying patterns, challenges, and goals for treatment. My aim is to create an environment that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment so clients can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. Early goals often include increasing insight, building emotional safety, identifying areas of healing, and creating a path toward greater stability, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
