Great to meet you!
Therapy with me is part understanding yourself, part learning new skills, and part finally talking about the things you’ve been carrying around in your head. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, low self-esteem, codependency, life transitions, and patterns that can leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented while still being practical. I want therapy to be a place where you not only feel supported, but also learn why you think, feel, and respond the way you do—and what you can do differently. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and EMDR.
I especially enjoy working with clients who tend to overthink, neglect their own needs, struggle with boundaries or relationship anxiety, or notice that past experiences keep showing up in their present relationships. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, healthier relationships, and a stronger sense of who you are.
