Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Erin St John and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I have years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals including those with Autism and ADHD. I specialize in helping clients process trauma, burnout, and manage chronic illness- as well as the stress of everyday life.

My approach to therapy

When I work with clients, I aim to provide a safe and inclusive space for them to be their full and authentic selves. I use a strengths-based approach to help you achieve a life of self-compassion, understanding, and acceptance!

What you can expect from me

After the first session, I like to check in with my clients to see how they feel about my approach. Half the battle of therapy is finding a therapist that is a good fit for you and your needs. I provide both a supportive environment, while also being direct and solution-focused to help you achieve your goals.
