Great to meet you!

I bring a mix of deep listening, mindfulness, and just enough humor to help you breathe a little easier while we face the hard stuff together. I believe deeply in the possibility of change — the real kind of change that takes courage, patience, and practice. And I know that change is hard, which is why you’ll never have to navigate it alone in our work.

Clients often describe me as warm, collaborative, and gently direct. I’m committed to making therapy a space where you feel supported, challenged in helpful ways, and respected for the experiences that shaped you. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship patterns, identity concerns, or major life transitions, I’ll walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, humor, and practical guidance.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends mindfulness tools, practical emotional education, and clear, accessible psychoeducation to help clients understand why they feel what they feel — and what they can do with that insight. I believe that when people learn the language of their emotions, they gain the ability to respond rather than react, to choose with intention, and to move through challenges with more clarity and compassion.

In addition to providing tools and education, I encourage clients to take meaningful action outside of sessions — practicing new skills, experimenting with insights, and noticing what shifts. We identify ways to track progress together, not only to stay motivated, but to highlight growth that can be easy to overlook.

I especially love helping couples strengthen communication and reconnect in more meaningful ways. I support individuals navigating major transitions or uncertainty, offering strategies to stay grounded while making sense of change. I also work deeply with neurodiverse individuals, helping them recognize their needs, prevent burnout, and maintain the freedom to thrive — not just survive — in a world that isn’t always built with them in mind. And I work closely with clients exploring their sense of identity, whether they’re discovering who they are, redefining themselves, or reconnecting with parts they’ve long ignored.

Throughout our work, my goal is to help you feel more aligned, more empowered, and more at peace within yourself and in this world.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect curious, thoughtful questions that help me understand your story and what brings you in. My aim is to create a genuine connection from the very beginning, so you feel less alone and more supported as we start this work together. I want the session to feel like a conversation, not an interrogation — spacious, grounding, and human.

You’ll also have time to ask your own questions about me, my approach, or the therapy process so you can get a sense of what it’s like to work together. By the end of the first session, my hope is that you leave feeling understood, a little lighter, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
