Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves to have a therapist. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to take it alone. I work with teens (late adolescence) through adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support and clarity, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin creating meaningful change. In addition to individual therapy, I offer couples and family therapy to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and work through difficult dynamics.

My approach to therapy

I have experience supporting individuals who are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes such as relationship shifts, career transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. I am also committed to providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQ+ community and creating a space where clients feel respected, valued, and understood.

What you can expect from me

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental while striving to create a safe and supportive environment. Therapy is a collaborative process, and every person’s journey is unique. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to support healing, growth, and lasting change while building healthier connections.
