Hi, I am Erin Elizabeth, I am a seasoned therapist who has been practicing in South Florida over 20 years . Have worked with adults, children, teens, young adults , families, couples, and seniors. I also work with substance abuse. I have helped people resolve their issues, set goals, and have a happier life. No problem is too big or too small. Everyone has their unique set of circumstances. I help people have hope and find joy again in life. We work together to improve brken relationships and let go of past resentments. My style is down to earth, yet professional. I am warm and clients feel safe with me. I give respect and positive regard to each individual I see.

I help clients identify the core issue they are having trouble with. We process and challenge past ways of thinking and identify healthy ways to cope with painful feelings. I am client centered and each treatment plan is individualized to the clients specific needs. My casement, diagnosing and clinical skills are strong.

Clients will feel relief from painful symptoms the very first session. They will feel heard and understood. Clients will begin to have hope in their future and believe their is a solution. They will feel they are in good hands and that they made the right decion to seek help.
