Great to meet you!

My name is Erin, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in treating those with high anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma, motherhood stressors, and experiencing life changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone can benefit from counseling. My goal is to come alongside you, to provide a comfortable environment where you can be vulnerable and transparent and know that I am in your corner to help support you in navigating the challenges that life has to offer. I use different forms of treatment from CBT, DBT, to person centered therapy to help you discover the strengths that you already carry, to help you in overcoming past and/or present circumstances.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you recognize your own strengths and abilities and assist in teaching you new skills to help you in overcoming past and/or present circumstances. I have a passion for seeing others heal from their experiences and turn those experiences into positive change within themselves and their view of the world around them.
