Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy—whether you're grieving, anxious, or just not feeling like yourself. You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a space where you can talk openly and feel supported. I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard. As a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals work through life transitions such as postpartum, adoption, anxiety and/or depression in a way that is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.

My approach draws from evidence informed practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Narrative therapy with a focus on building insight, emotional resilience, and meaningful change.

Reaching out for help takes courage—but you don’t have to do this alone. Life is a series of chapters and if you're ready to take the next step toward healing, I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you on your path.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about using a strength-based approach and reframing your mindset of thinking from "what is wrong?" to "what is working?" I can help you find and highlight your strengths.

Together, we will set obtainable goals to make progress toward your desired outcomes!
