"I tend to click best with folks who appreciate a compassionate, authentic, and humor-infused approach to therapy. Based upon each individual's needs, I utilize a blend of a values-based approach, metaphors, and skill building to elicit deeper insights, improve functioning, and increase life satisfaction even alongside painful emotions, thoughts, and experiences."

My approach to therapy

Dr. Wolff employs an integrative, needs-based approach utilizing interventions from third-wave cognitive behavioral (DBT and ACT), mindfulness, feminist, relational, existential, and affirmative therapies while maintaining a sex-positive, kink-positive, poly-aware stance and health at every size perspective. She is committed to providing culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care to a diverse range of clientele holding any/multiple marginalized identities while addressing systemic, institutional, and historical influences on individual and community suffering and resilience.

Dr. Wolff strives to create a compassionate, accepting space to promote open self-reflection and growth. She helps clients build awareness and understanding of their internal experiences, increase their presence in their day-to-day lives, improve their functioning at work and in their relationships, and commit to living a life aligned with their values.
