Great to meet you!

Greetings!

With over 20 years of experience helping children and families navigate through difficult life situations, I am dedicated to empowering my clients to be the best version on themselves. My background as a teacher, school counselor and administrator, lends itself a unique perspective when working with families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, tailoring treatment to the unique needs and goals of each individual. I use a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques, play therapy and mindfulness based interventions. I want to help create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, as they transition to a more empowering life.

What you can expect from our first session

Every client, child or adult, has a unique story and deserves to be heard. Everyone, at sometime in their life has dealt with adversity. The first step to empowerment is asking for help! I am committed to helping each client with their journey as they discover healthy ways to cope with stress, improve relationships and live a more fulfilling life.
