Great to meet you!

As a child, I was always interested in mental health, especially when trying to figure out who I am without anyone to turn to. I've worked for crisis hotlines, in school settings, group private practice, and now my own practice. My passion is to work with children, adolescents, and young adults in the LGBTQIA+ community as our voices often go unheard. You are not alone anymore, there are people who care. I know it can be scary to reach out, but I'll be here when you do.

My approach to therapy

I practice with a Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused therapeutic modality tailored to the needs of my clients with modalities of CBT, Trauma-Informed, Emotion-Focused, and Person-Centered care. Tranquil Travels offers the option of video game therapy, when appropriate, to address concerns like anxiety, time management, stress, conflict resolution, and identity exploration. I also offer ADOS-2 Evaluations for 13+.

What you can expect from me

My personal and professional experiences will help guide you to a place of self-love, healing, and confidence. My approach is very humanistic, yet structured. Please reach out: I'd love to help you on your mental health journey!
