Great to meet you!

I’m a Behavioral Health Social Worker with 6 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, stress, family challenges, and maternal mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum concerns. I also value providing culturally responsive care and creating a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.

I bring a warm, empowering, and solution-oriented style to therapy. My goal is to help clients feel safe enough to be honest, explore what’s been weighing on them, and begin building meaningful tools for healing, growth, and lasting change. I offer care in both English and Spanish and strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and genuine connection.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person deserves a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space to share their story. My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and meeting each client where they are, while also helping them move toward the changes they want to see in their life.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals so that treatment feels supportive, practical, and relevant. Whether you are working through overwhelm, life transitions, emotional pain, or relationship and family stress, I aim to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, seen, and heard from the very beginning. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what challenges you may be facing, and what goals you hope to work toward.

Together, we’ll start building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and understanding. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. I’m committed to walking alongside you and helping you feel supported as we create a path toward healing, clarity, and well-being.
