A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is collaborative and we are virtual. After the initial 1-2 sessions where the Dr. makes the diagnosis and treatment plan, you will have your follow up appointments with one of our skilled nurse practitioners, and if needed you will be referred to our social workers or psychologists for therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and form a treatment plan that best suits your needs.
