Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, trauma, or difficult experiences that have made everyday life harder to manage. Maybe you have noticed changes in the way you think, feel, or respond to situations, and you are ready to understand what is happening and find a healthier way forward.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than five years of experience, I support children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, life transitions, and challenges with concentration, memory, and focus. I also help clients work through relationship and family concerns, grief and loss, self-esteem, anger, motivation, and other experiences that affect daily functioning.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can be open, feel heard, and work toward greater peace, confidence, and happiness.

My approach to therapy

Our work will make room for both what you are experiencing now and the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped how you got here. We’ll explore how your concerns, and life changes may be affecting your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and ability to manage everyday responsibilities. I may use Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, and Client-Centered therapies to help you develop healthier patterns, process difficult experiences, and feel safe, supported, and understood. Our work will be collaborative and focused on helping you create new habits that support a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our sessions will give you space to talk openly about what has been happening, what feels overwhelming, and what you would like to be different. You can expect a supportive environment where transparency is welcomed and your experiences are taken seriously. As we work together, we’ll focus on practical changes that can help you manage stress, heal from difficult experiences, to build a future that feels brighter. If you’re willing to talk, I’m willing to listen. Together, we can find a path forward and work toward success.
