Great to meet you!

"As a State licensed psychotherapist and Nationally Certified Counselor provideing mental health, addictions counseling, life-coaching, and hypnotherapy to adult patients from all walks of life, I believe that each individual is unique and requires services relative to their own specific circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all approach to whatever concerns they present."

My approach to therapy

I utilize the best practices from a variety of therapeutic approaches to address the patient's immediate concerns as well as find the root cause of their issues. My approach challenges the patient to find the answers within themselves and empowers them to take control of their lives and achieve consistently positive outcomes in their future.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic environment is a warm, non-judgmental exchange between us. Challenging but not threatening, creating insight while fostering growth. Through meaningful dialog and the use of handouts and worksheets, goals are established and positive results achieved.
