Great to meet you!

I'm honored to work with people seeking change in their lives, and offer a safe space to explore yourself, your relationships with those around you, and your sense of purpose. I also explore what appears to be blocking you from where you would like to be in life. I work with my clients to create goals and identify and work with your strengths and unique qualities as a human being who deserves happiness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe psychotherapy is tailored to the needs of the client. Through building a therapeutic relationship, any number of topics or issues may be explored. My specializations include the treatment of trauma, grief and loss, navigating all of life's relationships, and depression and anxiety. Please inquire about the different types of therapy I offer, including clinical hypnotherapy, Accelerated Resolution therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.

What you can expect from our first session

During the initial sessions of therapy, I'll explore goals for the process with you that we will agree to for guiding the process. This is a journey we undergo together, and so we will create a map of where to explore first, while knowing that therapy can adapt as it progresses.
