Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience working with adults at different stages of life, from young adulthood through later life. My experience includes individual and group therapy in community mental health and outpatient settings, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, emotional regulation, and interpersonal concerns.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what’s going on without feeling judged or having to pretend that you have everything figured out.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to the individual. I’m interested in understanding the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you see yourself and navigate the world.
I won’t simply tell you what you should do. Instead, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what is and isn’t working, and develop tools that fit your life. I also believe there is room for humor in therapy -sometimes being able to laugh at the absurdity of being human can be surprisingly useful.
