Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy to adults and couples throughout Connecticut.

I believe therapy works best when you can be yourself. My goal is to create an environment that is comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free while also helping you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I work with clients experiencing relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, communication problems, life transitions, and other challenges that can make life feel overwhelming.

For couples, I help partners slow down recurring conflicts, understand what each person is actually trying to communicate, and develop healthier ways of connecting with one another.

Therapy isn't about someone telling you how to live your life. It's about having a space to understand yourself more clearly and develop the tools to move forward.

If you're considering therapy but aren't sure where to start, I offer a free consultation so we can talk about what you're looking for and determine whether I'm the right therapist for you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative and conversational. We'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface, identify patterns, build practical skills, and create changes that extend beyond the therapy session.

What you can expect from me

After completing the necessary paperwork and informed consent being provided. You can expect a safe space that provides comfort and no judgement.
