Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Errette Merantier, MSN, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.

I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and stress-related concerns. I work with adults through convenient telehealth services across Florida.

My approach combines evidence-based treatment, medication management when appropriate, and supportive psychotherapy. I believe that every individual is unique, and I tailor treatment plans to meet each client's specific needs, goals, and life circumstances.

I became a mental health provider because I am passionate about helping individuals improve their emotional well-being, build resilience, and achieve a better quality of life. I look forward to partnering with you on your path toward healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that successful treatment begins with building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I take the time to understand each client's concerns, strengths, goals, and life experiences before developing an individualized treatment plan.

I utilize a holistic approach that considers emotional, psychological, social, and physical factors affecting mental health. Together, we will explore treatment options, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping skills development, lifestyle modifications, and coordination of care when needed.

My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and actively involved in their treatment decisions while working toward lasting mental wellness and improved daily functioning

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I will conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, exploring current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.

Together, we will discuss the challenges that brought them to treatment and develop an individualized care plan tailored to their unique needs. This may include medication management, psychotherapy, coping strategies, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when appropriate.

My goal is for every client to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and empowered, with a clear understanding of the next steps in their journey toward improved mental wellness and overall quality of life.
