Great to meet you!

I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and not have to carry everything on your own.

I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and moments where things just feel overwhelming. In our sessions, we’ll focus on understanding what’s coming up for you, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and building practical tools to help you feel more in control.

My approach is supportive but honest. I’ll meet you where you are, while also gently challenging you when needed so you can grow in ways that actually feel meaningful and lasting. I often incorporate coping skills, boundary-setting, and ways to shift unhelpful thought patterns, while making sure you feel heard and respected throughout the process.

I also have experience working in medical and high-stress environments, which helps me support clients who are dealing with burnout, pressure, or crisis-related situations.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have it all figured out—we’ll work through it together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and client-centered, combining cognitive-behavioral strategies with insight-oriented work to help you better understand yourself, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change
