Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor who works with women, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that come with trying to hold everything together.

Many of my clients are the people others rely on. They're hardworking, responsible, and often look like they're doing just fine from the outside. Internally, though, they may be struggling with overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, relationship challenges, or the weight of past experiences that still show up in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing happens when you feel both supported and challenged. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that keep showing up, build tools that actually fit your life, and help you move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and faith-based integration as part of the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you. I'll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping will be different as a result of our work together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you start. You don't need the perfect words, and you don't have to share your entire life story in one session. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify the patterns, challenges, and strengths that are shaping your experience.

Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful that change is possible.
