Great to meet you!

I typically work with young people who find that their mental health is limiting their ability to move forward in life. Whether it is anxiety, depression, or the trauma that you have experienced, therapy can be the first step toward building a life worth living.

My approach to therapy

Therapy begins with relationship building. The therapeutic relationship is key to the foundation of your relationships outside of these sessions. My goal is for you to build trust and feel open and vulnerable enough to get to the core of your mental health struggles. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR. This flexibility allows us to employ different perspectives and strategies for you to reach your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients can walk away from each session feeling like they have unburdened a piece of their struggles, to walk forward in life and take on the challenges they seek.
