Great to meet you!

I am a person and therapist that believes that each of us has within us what we need to thrive. I believe in self healing, self empowerment, self love, and I am grounded in my faith. I bring a wealth of knowledge as well as personal and professional experience to the work that I do with clients. I will use my whole being to support clients in their journey to wholeness.

I have expertise working with individual, children, adults, families, and organizations. I have worked within the foster care and social services field for 20+ years and have written curriculum and books on the impact of fostering on the whole family. I am grounded in working with people where they are and helping them achieve their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to wholistic and fluid. I am able to go wherever I am in needed in the therapeutic space. I have a great way of connecting to the challenges that the clients finds most important to them and helping to work them through. I vow to, "Do No Harm" and Leave a person better than I found them.
