Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. My clinical work has included children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and veterans navigating a wide range of mental health challenges.

As a culturally responsive and LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I honor the diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences of every individual I work with. I strive to provide care that is not only clinically effective, but also rooted in empathy, respect, and social awareness.

I use a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Problem-Solving Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

At this time, I offer tele-health services only, providing flexible, confidential support from the comfort and convenience of your own space. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply seeking support in your journey toward emotional wellness, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and open-minded. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma, and I believe in creating a safe, inclusive space where all clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, any challenges you're facing, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your story, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. This is a space where you can be yourself, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. Most importantly, this session is the first step in building a supportive and trusting relationship.
