Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist based in Massachusetts, offering telehealth therapy for adults 18 and older. My background spans private practice, community mental health, and crisis work, where I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, experiences, and walks of life.

I believe therapy starts with meeting you where you’re at—not where you think you’re supposed to be. Life can feel messy, overwhelming, or uncertain, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. Together, we can make space for the difficult feelings, untangle the emotions, and work through the things that may feel too heavy to tackle alone.

I also believe that therapy isn’t just about feeling better—it can be about growing, challenging ourselves, and understanding the patterns that may be keeping us stuck. I’ll support you with compassion while also challenging you when it feels helpful and appropriate. There may be moments when we stumble, take a step backward, or don’t get it right—and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always linear.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, feel safe enough to be honest, and work collaboratively toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and authentically yours.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Whether you're managing symptoms day-to-day, working toward stability, or trying to prevent crisis before it happens, I'm here to support you with both structure and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I believe that mental health challenges rarely come from one source. They build over time and deserve a holistic response. My work is grounded in that belief. I draw on crisis intervention experience and evidence-based practices to help clients develop insight, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Sessions are a space where you'll feel heard, not judged.
