Great to meet you!

You’re used to holding it together.

On the outside, you’re managing working, showing up for your family, handling responsibilities. But internally, it feels different. You may be dealing with constant anxiety, emotional overwhelm, irritability, or feeling mentally and physically drained. Maybe you’ve experienced things you haven’t fully processed, and they’re starting to show up in ways you can’t ignore anymore.

I work with adults who are tired of just “getting by” and are ready for real change.

My approach is direct, supportive, and focused on helping you understand what’s actually going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, process past experiences, and build tools that help you feel more in control, grounded, and emotionally steady in your day-to-day life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia with training in evidence based approaches including CBT, DBT, and CPT. I have also trained in EMDR. I tailor therapy to your needs whether that’s developing coping strategies, processing trauma, or breaking long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to over-explain, perform, or have it all figured out. We focus on what works so you can start feeling better, not just talking about it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and process difficult experiences. I balance support with honest feedback so clients feel both safe and challenged to grow. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I tailor each session to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they can begin sharing what’s bringing them to therapy at their own pace. In the first session, I’ll gather background information, explore your current concerns, and start identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you. I’ll also explain how I work and collaborate with you on a plan moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and clear about next steps.
