Esta Rose

I am a highly trained, experienced, compassionate therapist with years of experience working with children and adults. I strive to form a deep understanding (also through play therapy) of my client's unique needs and identities. I have worked in poverty and drug-infested areas of NYC as well as working in the South USA with people of varied experiences and backgrounds to uncover basic needs and areas of achievement. I am open - minded and have expertise in understanding essential human needs & emotions. I look forward to "hearing" you.

My approach to therapy is based on curiosity and deep listening to client's experiences and background. I am friendly, warm, easy to talk to, and have a wealth of compassion. I'm playful, easy-going and specialize in children's play therapy from clay to Lego!

In our first session, you can expect to feel right at home to explain your experiences without concern of any judgement or criticism. I'm an excellent listener. We will hopefully develop trust between us and a deep understanding of your background, worries and fears .
