In my years of practice, I have recognized the resonance of traumas in our lives and the hidden impacts they have on our day to day. Therapy aides in the identification of said traumas and its healing; inner healing. I am a true believer in the work of inner healing. Exploring our past experiences may trigger painful memories. However, with the support of a trained professional, such as myself, the painful memories may be healed leading to the transformation of our present followed by that of our future. This is the practice of inner healing; uncovering past traumas, exploring the related feelings and later beginning to heal those wounds that have been unconsciously impacting our behaviors, relationships and everyday experiences.
