Great to meet you!

I believe that sometimes, having someone who truly listens and understands can make all the difference. My therapy style is warm, compassionate, empathetic, and consistent. I strive to create a safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences without judgment and know that you are not alone.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Together, we can explore what you are experiencing, build practical coping skills, recognize your strengths, and work toward feeling more confident and hopeful.

I genuinely care about the people I work with, and I believe every person has the ability to grow and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are, walk alongside you at your own pace, and remind you of the strength you already carry within you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and accepted for who you are. I take the time to understand your experiences, your strengths, and what matters most to you.

Together, we work at a pace that feels comfortable while developing practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. I believe in being consistent, supportive, and present throughout the therapeutic process.

Most importantly, I want my clients to know that they don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I understand that starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or even a little overwhelming, so I strive to make the experience as warm, welcoming, and judgment-free as possible.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to work on. I’ll also take time to learn about you as a whole person—not just the challenges you’re facing, but your strengths, relationships, experiences, and the things that are important to you.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you come. You can simply come as you are. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
