Great to meet you!

My name is Esther Alasa. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University where I obtained a Master's Degree in Mental and Clinical Health Counseling. I have years of exposure working with many populations and walks of life's and situations. I have experience working with adolescents starting at age 10 , adults, and seniors who have experienced trauma, life changing events, and/or other mental disorders.

My approach to therapy

When working with my clients the approach I take is different with every client depending on their story. Each treatment plan is individualize according to the clients goals. I like to ensure my clients are comfortable, able to express themselves, and feel free to discuss whatever they choose. I give my clients the space and opportunity to be able to process their thoughts and feelings about what's going on in their lives. I encourage my clients, inspire hope and empower them in their journey.

What you can expect from me

At Counseling Without limits, I expect my clients to be able to heal from their trauma, learn who they are, find their identity, and love themselves. I give home work so there can also be self work outside of therapy. I provide the necessary tools and guide them on how to use them so they can experience a better quality of life.
