I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner working with adolescent & adult clients.I provide psychiatric evaluations & medication management for clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders etc. I believe that a partnership between me and my client is essential to successful treatment. Using medications, when appropriate and therapy, I believe my clients needs can be met and their wellness goals achieved.

I focus on the psychological, social and cultural needs of my patients as we work collaboratively to formulate a treatment plan. I value providing empathetic, kind, and culturally sensitive care, and medication management if indicated. I like to meet each patient where they are in their journey, and play my part towards reaching mutually formulated goals.

My clients should expect a safe environment to be heard, respected and leave each session with a clear understanding their treatment plan and where they are on their treatment journey. I get it; life can be quite overwhelming sometimes. It takes a lot of courage to seek help, I applaud you for taking the first step towards keeping hope alive.
