Great to meet you!

If you’ve been struggling with things like anxiety, depression, challenges with focus (ADHD), or mood swings that feel hard to manage, you don’t have to face that alone. I’ve spent years working with people in very tough situations, helping them make sense of what they’re going through and feel supported rather than overwhelmed. What matters most to me is that you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard, not rushed or judged, from the very first conversation.

My approach to therapy

When we work together, I start by listening, really listening, to your story and what you’re dealing with right now. I look at your whole experience, not just symptoms, so we can find solutions that make sense for your everyday life. I care about meeting you where you are and helping you feel understood. We’ll talk through what’s been hard, explore options together, and build a plan that feels practical and hopeful. My goal is always to help you feel more in control and supported, not just take another set of notes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a warm, calm space to tell your story and start figuring out what direction you want to go next. We’ll talk about your concerns, your goals, and what you want to feel differently. I’ll answer your questions, explain what you can expect from working together, and help you start a plan that feels manageable. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling understood and confident that you have someone in your corner who cares about your progress
