Great to meet you!

I’m Esther —a licensed therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience. I specialize in supporting teenagers and young adults as they navigate major life transitions, especially the shift from student to professional. My background includes extensive work in school-based and community mental health settings, where I’ve helped clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, and low motivation. I’m particularly passionate about helping people develop practical tools for mindfulness, organization, productivity, and self-care.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use a client-centered framework, which means I work to meet you where you are and build on your existing strengths. Together, we explore what matters most to you, identify barriers, and develop actionable strategies to move forward.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, increased motivation, and practical skills they can use right away. Whether you're managing day-to-day stress or working through a larger transition, I’m here to help you build confidence, resilience, and balance.
