Great to meet you!

My clients often tell me they appreciate my warm, collaborative, and judgment-free approach. I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely heard and understood, so I focus on building a safe space where you can be open about your experiences and goals. My style is practical and evidence-based, blending CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to help you develop skills you can use in everyday life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or burnout, we’ll work together at a pace that feels supportive and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work with clients to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals while creating a supportive space where they feel safe and respected. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build practical skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, and creating lasting change. I take a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, tailoring treatment to each individual so care feels personalized, empowering, and aligned with what matters most to them.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to seek support. We’ll review your history, current concerns, goals for treatment, and any questions you may have about the process. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported from the start. Together, we’ll begin identifying priorities and discuss a personalized plan for care, including treatment options and next steps, so you leave with clarity about how we’ll move forward together.
