Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Esther and I specialize in addiction, trauma and anxiety/depression - welcome to my practice.

As a trained clinician of 36 years I bring a spiritual perspective to my work. I teach mindfulness and help clients tap into their own intuitive abilities helping them navigate their own belief systems in order to find healing.

My experience includes working with children, adults, couples and families. I lived and worked in NYC for 25 years, providing treatment in addiction, mental health in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am open minded and few things surprise me after my experiences in New York. Now I live and work in Arizona, looking to bring my expertise to people here.

My approach to therapy

I use a psychodynamic approach using various modalities of CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Trauma focus interventions to name a few.

What you can expect from me

You will learn new coping skills, identify triggers, recognize re-occurring patterns, and gain tools to manifest what you want from life. You will begin the journey of loving and accepting yourself so that you can move from dysfunctional behaviors to engaging in functional behaviors so you can have more fulfilling relationships and overcome your fears.
