Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach combines evidence-based medication management, education, and collaborative care to support lasting mental wellness.

I work with adults and adolescents and offer convenient telehealth services to improve access to care. My goal is to help clients develop healthier coping strategies and achieve improved emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I work closely with clients to understand their concerns, goals, and unique life experiences in order to develop personalized treatment plans that support their mental health and overall well-being.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood-related conditions. Treatment may include medication management, education about mental health, and supportive guidance to help clients develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in their care

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where they can openly discuss their concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment. The initial visit focuses on understanding the client’s mental health history, current challenges, and overall well-being.

A comprehensive evaluation is completed to help identify the most appropriate treatment approach. Together, we discuss possible treatment options, which may include medication management, education about symptoms, and strategies to support mental wellness. The goal of the first session is to create a clear understanding of the client’s needs and begin developing a personalized plan to support improvement and long-term mental health.
