
I am a family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I received my advanced degree from Regis University and a postgraduate certificate in Psychiatry and Mental Health from the University of Cincinnati. I completed the Community-Based Integrated Care Training Fellowship at the University of Washington. I have an interest in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, adjustment disorders, and PTSD, serving individuals from ages 18 to 99 years old in a compassionate and personalized way
I believe in providing person-centered care filled with compassion, warmth, and a non-judgmental atmosphere, along with a treatment plan tailored to your unique situation and needs. I respect and value your uniqueness. I do not discount your life experience. I recognize your past and its effect on your present. I also acknowledge you as an individual who has the power to heal the mind, body, and soul of the past when provided with the right tools. I use a holistic model of care. I look at your body, your thinking patterns, relationships, work, finances, and spiritual and cultural beliefs. During each visit, you are assured compassionate, personalized, holistic, and trauma-informed care. Collaboratively, I will discuss and address your concerns, establish an appropriate treatment plan with you, and help you understand and overcome those personal obstacles that have impacted your quality of life using a comprehensive evidence-based care approach
