Great to meet you!

Growing up as an immigrant, I was fortunate to have teachers, mentors, and counselors in my life who made me feel "seen" and "heard" and helped me navigate the nuances of my complex, contradicting dual cultures. Inspired, it led me to officially train to provide "unconditional regard" (safe spaces) for those in similar situations.

My approach to therapy

Trained in EMDR, IFS and other pattern identifying modalities, my clients also appreciate the combined work of psychodynamic (look into their past) and CBT (more practical approach). By understanding one's past and applying therapeutic techniques to their present situations, clients found a sense of movement/progress/satisfaction in their life through our work together.

What you can expect from me

I'll always prioritize your needs from that week and then refer to our overarching treatment plan devised together upon the initial Intake session. We'll go deep by referring to your past experiences and identities formed and draw from it to process and bring best practices to your situations at hand. You'll have a takeaway each session.
