Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or relationship stress. They may struggle with self-doubt, feel stuck in unhealthy dynamics, or have a hard time managing their emotions.

I work with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and family or relationship difficulties. I also have experience working within the Jewish community and understand the unique cultural and family dynamics that may come up. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not alone in what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based techniques, including CBT, while also focusing on building insight and emotional awareness.

Together, we will identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthier ways of coping and responding. I aim to balance support with guidance, helping you not only process what’s going on but also build tools you can use in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your experiences at your own pace, and we’ll begin identifying your goals for treatment.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and comfortable. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of what you’d like to work on and begin outlining a plan to help you move forward.
