Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in outpatient mental health. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward growth and healing.

I believe that each person is the driver of their own life, and my role is to offer guidance, perspective, and a safe, compassionate space along the way. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel truly understood and supported.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, infertility, trauma, and those going through major life transitions. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences and build tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — it’s about finding what works best for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to take steps toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered around creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I believe that when we feel understood and accepted, real growth and change can begin to take shape.

In our work together, my goal is to provide validation, empathy, and encouragement while helping you gain insight into yourself and the challenges you’re facing. Therapy is a collaborative process — we’ll work side by side to identify your goals, build on your strengths, and develop tools to help you move forward with confidence and resilience.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best meet your individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychodynamic approaches. This integrative style allows me to tailor our sessions to what will be most helpful and meaningful for you.

Ultimately, my aim is to help you foster self-awareness, empowerment, and growth as you navigate life’s challenges and create lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. During this time, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin to identify your goals and create a collaborative plan to help guide our sessions moving forward.

This initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a sense of what therapy with me will feel like. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and heard as we start this journey.

I truly look forward to learning more about you and working together toward the changes and growth you’re seeking.
