Great to meet you!

Sometimes getting started is the hardest part, and I respect that deeply. I trained as a family nurse practitioner before completing my psychiatric training because I believe whole-person care makes a real difference. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, or working through trauma, I will show up with genuine warmth and full attention. My practice is built on honest conversation and real curiosity about who you are. We will figure out the right path together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I ask questions before I make recommendations, and I make sure you feel heard before we build any plan. Sessions are warm and collaborative. I want to understand your full picture and work with you to find an approach that actually fits your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I will ask about your history, what has helped in the past, and what you are hoping for. There is no pressure to cover everything at once. We will start where you are and move forward from there.
