Great to meet you!

If you’re usually the one others depend on but lately feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin, you don’t have to carry that alone. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ongoing stress, or major life transitions and need a steady place to sort through what they’re feeling. With over 32 years of experience in community mental health, I bring both seasoned clinical skill and real-life understanding to our work. I lead with compassion and believe therapy should feel both strong and safe. Our work will be collaborative and practical — identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and building tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clearer in your decisions, and better equipped to move forward with confidence.

In addition to accepting Aetna, Cigna, Anthem EAP, and Carelon Behavioral Health, I also offer private-pay sessions for clients who prefer not to use insurance.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert of your life. You know more about your experiences than anyone else. Often, when people come to therapy, they’re overwhelmed or discouraged and may not see the strengths they already carry. My role is to help you uncover those strengths, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.

I use evidence-based tools like CBT and solution-focused therapy, but our work is always centered around you — your goals, your values, and your story.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe and respectful environment where clients feel validated and understood. I believe people grow best in spaces where they feel supported, not judged. In our work together, you can expect compassion, structure, and practical strategies to help you navigate anxiety, stress, depression, or life transitions more effectively.
