Great to meet you!

I'm not your typical Licensed therapist, I'm real, approachable and transparent.

I received my degree from SDSU in Master of Social Work.

I've been a proud volunteer for Postpartum Support International and Postpartum Health Alliance of San Diego for many years.

I also have experience working with people that struggled with past trauma (don't we all) and severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.

I'm EMDR trained and obtained Perinatal Mental Health Certification.
