Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families experiencing life disruptions due to anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and intrapersonal/interpersonal conflicts. I have worked in various settings including private practice, residential treatment, school-based interventions, in-home psychiatric care, and outpatient adult mental health. I look forward to working with you on your journey towards self-fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I approach defining the problem from a strength-based perspective. I have worked with clients across the life cycle and bring a psychodynamic and personal growth approach to improve functioning and outcomes in major life areas.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be exploratory and focus on creating a rapport for further work. It is an opportunity for you to gauge the level of fit because I believe the working relationship is the foundation for real progress in treatment.
