Great to meet you!

Being queer myself, I often work with LGBTQIA+ adults and teens who are navigating life stressors while solidifying their identities. I’m certified with EMDRIA international in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and often use this approach to support clients' healing from childhood & other interpersonal traumatic experiences. I also support clients in their processing of other aspects of identity including family, ethnicity, spirituality, and neurodivergence. I also feel very passionate about working with people who experience dissociation symptoms from traumatic experiences.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, our process will be guided by my experience clinically and most importantly, your experience in living your life. Together we can laugh, have moments of deep reflection and feeling, and set goals that align with how you want to grow. I specialize in working with queer people, and folks who have complex post-traumatic stress and dissociation from trauma. I also provide support and identity exploration for Autistic people and ADHDers, and trauma-informed treatment for OCD.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is warm; it's a time to get to know each other. We also cover important details about therapy that will get us going in the right direction. We'll look at goals and what's most important to you in your work on yourself.
