Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been working in the mental health field 6+years. I have experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages, navigating trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and complex life transitions. My background includes clinical, school-based, and higher-level care settings, which allows me to understand how emotional challenges show up across different environments and stages of life.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and work with clients who feel stuck in painful patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or disconnected from themselves or others. My training includes CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I have completed specialized training working with betrayal Trauma and sex addiction through IITAP. I am especially experienced in supporting clients who have complex cases and/ or deep rooted negative beliefs helping them to build stability, insight, and resilience in a way that feels sustainable and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together we will create therapeutic space that fits your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I will meet you where you are at to make therapy work for you. Whether we are processing past trauma, building coping skills, strengthening relationships, improving body image, or addressing your inner core beliefs and how it affects you today I believe therapy should be both practical and deeply validating.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to balance compassion with honesty—offering support while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve them. I place a strong emphasis on collaboration and empowerment, helping you understand yourself more fully and developing tools you can use beyond the therapy room.

Feeling safe is crucial to exploring your inner world, identifying blockages, and empowering yourself to make changes.I believe self-compassion, acceptance, and becoming attuned to oneself and others are all essential components of healing.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will truly listen, help you go deeper, meet you where you are, and work with you to create meaningful change, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand better, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process.

I will ask questions but there is no pressure to answer or share more than you’re ready for. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and clearer about how therapy can support you. Together, we’ll begin identifying next steps and shaping a therapeutic plan that feels aligned with your goals and values.
