My approach is rooted in person-centered and humanistic therapy, emphasizing genuine human connection, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that healing begins when individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Through this authentic connection, I try to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths, values, and sense of self.
Drawing from Logotherapy, person-centered therapy, and relational life therapy, I support clients in exploring meaning and purpose in their lives, even in the face of pain, uncertainty, and adversity. I help individuals reflect on who they want to become and encourage them to make choices aligned with that vision, fostering a deeper sense of direction, fulfillment, and personal responsibility.
In working with couples, I help partners move away from viewing themselves solely as individuals and instead begin to see the relationship as a team. Through a relational approach, I support couples in building deeper intimacy, strengthening emotional connection, and feeling more connected not only to each other, but also to the world around them.
My work centers on helping clients become more fully human by embracing both their struggles and their potential, while cultivating greater self-awareness, authenticity, and connection with themselves and others.
