Great to meet you!

I provide personalized and focused men's health that includes the psychological, biological, and spiritual domains of health and wellness. I am a double board certified nurse practitioner in family medicine and psychiatry, so I understand and can treat the whole person. My doctoral studies focused on integrative medicine with an emphasis on men's health. I also have degrees in pastoral counseling and biblical exposition, so I am able to offer faith-forward mental health care for those who desire an integrated Christian experience.

My approach to therapy

We can talk through things in a safe, nonjudgemental space. We can use medication if needed and wanted. The entire process is about you and moving you forward. As a guy, I understand the challenges and stigmas of men getting help. I promise you, we are better by working through our issues instead of working around them. That can mean having difficult conversations, trying new things, or enjoying a good laugh. Our work together offers space for all of it.

What you can expect from me

Over the years, I have served guys dealing with depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, relationship problems, and grief. Since I am straightforward, most men gain insights during our first conversation and many report improvement within a few weeks.
