Great to meet you!

Starting therapy doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Sometimes life gets heavy, relationships become difficult, or anxiety, depression and stress start getting in the way.

I bring 18 years of mental health experience working with adults and couples from diverse backgrounds. I have particular experience working with men, young adults, athletes, couples and high performers navigating the pressures that can come both with daily life. My goal is to provide a space where you can talk openly, feel understood and work toward meaningful change without feeling judged.

My approach to therapy

My approach is conversational, collaborative and centered around you. I use Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Object Relations and mindfulness to understand how your thoughts, relationships and experiences influence what’s happening in your life today.

Whether you're navigating relationships, identity, everyday stress or the expectations and pressure that can come with high performance, I’ll listen, ask questions and challenge you when appropriate while giving you room to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—what brought you to therapy, what’s happening in your life and what you would like to change. You don’t need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We’ll figure that out together.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer understanding of what we can work on moving forward.
